# Can You Start Facebook Ads With 200 Baht a Day?

Many shop owners ask me the same thing. "I only have a small budget. Is Facebook Ads still worth it?"

Here is my answer. Yes, you can start with 200 baht a day. But you should know what 200 baht can do, and what it cannot do.

### What 200 Baht Can Do

200 baht a day is a good way to test your ads. You can see if people like your offer. You can see how many people send you a message. You can learn what works before you spend more money.

### What 200 Baht Cannot Do

It will not make your shop famous in one week. It will not bring hundreds of customers. And I cannot promise you a number of sales. Every shop is different. Some shops get messages in the first few days. Some need more time to find the right ad.

Think of it like planting a seed. You need to water it and wait.

### How to Start

 

#### 1. Pick one goal

 

Do you want people to send you a message? Or visit your shop? Pick one. For most small shops in Thailand, messages are the best goal. Your customers already use Messenger every day.

 

#### 2. Choose who sees your ad

 

Pick the place where your customers live. For example, Bangkok or Samut Sakhon. Then choose the people you want to reach. You can also try the Burmese language setting. Do not make the group too big or too small. Start simple.

 

#### 3. Make a simple ad

 

Use one clear photo of your shop, your food, or your product. Write two or three short lines. Say what you sell, and say how to contact you. That is all.

Use your own photo. Real photos work better than fancy pictures.

 

#### 4. Set your budget

 

Set 200 baht a day. Run the ad for about 7 days. That is around 1,400 baht in total.

 

#### 5. Wait, then check

 

Do not check every hour. Do not change the ad every day. Wait at least 3 or 4 days. Then look at the results.

### What to Look At

- How many people sent you a message?
- How much did each message cost?
- Which photo got more attention?

If the ad works, you can spend a little more. If it does not work, change the photo or the words. Then test again. This is normal. Almost nobody gets the perfect ad on the first try.

### 3 Mistakes to Avoid

1. **Too much text.** People scroll fast. Keep it short.
2. **A bad photo.** A dark or blurry photo makes people skip your ad.
3. **Not replying fast.** If a customer sends a message and waits a whole day, they will go somewhere else. Reply quickly.
